The very atmosphere of the hotel sprouts forth from the humble and kind attitude of its owner, Jegan Anna.

Born in poverty, he was a determined young man with a dream as his only investment. He started his business career simply by selling kerosene, but now, one of the most influential people in the peninsula and country, who has helped the peninsula in building its economy, by creating hundreds of jobs.
Yet, if you come across this man, you will fail to recognize him. He is always seen in a simple attire and a smile and would be chatting with his workers like a friend. How could a great Banyan tree forget its roots,for it will wither away immediately. Poverty of his past,insults he faced from his enemies,and betrayals from his friends,he forgives and hides them in his heart as roots,absorbing the strength he requires from them, yet not keeping any grudge.
